Magneto has the ability to utilize magnetic fields. The Earth's magnetic fields curve inwards at the poles, and are not actually present above a portion of the land there. Is Magneto powerless at the poles?

okay...so...this is the deal:
magneto controls ALL charged particles, and it's the velocity and direction of these charged particles that create an electromagnetic field. ergo...magneto can create his own electromagnetic field wherever he goes, even at the polls because charged particles are always present, no matter where in the world you are. :)
